This scoop cake is easy to make with children. Enjoy decorating it with your favourite fruits and toppings.

  • 3 eggs
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 60g milk
  • 100g pancake mix
  • vegetable oil
  • 200ml fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • various fruits (pineapple, orange, kiwi)
  • mint leaves to garnish
  • whipped cream

    Sift the pancake mix through a colander. Grease the Le Creuset 18cm Mickey Mouse Marmite with oil and line with baking paper.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk until foamy. Warm the bowl in hot water, and add the granulated sugar in three additions, beating until stiff peaks form.

    Add the milk in 3 parts and mix quickly.

    Pour the batter into the Marmite casserole, cover and bake on a low heat for 15 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

    Add the 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the cream and stir to make whipped cream.

    To finish, add the fruit, whipped and garnish with mint leaves.
